Pulp Riot Semi-Permanent Hair Color 4oz- Elixir

I have long very vibrant purple hair This purple alone is too light for me so I mix it with pulp riot velvet which is dark enough and both of them together is magic I use every last drop in both tubes to make sure my hair is all saturated and leave it for an hour

I only added this color to the already bleached sections of my hair, but it is so pretty! I had to apply it twice to my bangs and let it sit for 30min each time. Truly saturating the hair is key. If you use too little, it won’t take. I used a lot knowing whenever you color hair, you need to throughly saturate the hair. I have yet to wash my hair since doing it, but I love it. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the color. Just maybe user error for those who didn’t get the results they wanted.

I mean pulp riot never let's me down. It was the color promised. Your hair needs too always pretty much be lightened first though because it never dyes my roots. Or dyes dark hair. However, it's a vegan dye that's kinda expected if you know about hair coloring. Overall, beautiful long lasting color.

This did absolutely nothing on my unbleached brown hair. I’ll say it louder for the folks in the back- YOU MUST BLEACH YOUR HAIR FOR THIS PRODUCT TO WORK. I was hoping for a subtle dark purple on my brown hair with vibrant purple on my whites and grays. No such luck. EDIT- I stand by my previous comment but I’ve since found that it works great on bleached hair. Elixir seems to fade faster than Velvet.

Used sorcery, elixir, and slither in my hair. They came out amazing! I was about a level 8 with some blue and purple still in my hair. All three colors took amazingly and I got to realize my gothic mermaid dreams!

If you’re looking for that shade of purple. Choose this color! It grows out beautifully. Didn’t need a lot of maintenance.

Great color! Stays well. Smells wonderful. Goes on easily.

My favorite 2 brands of colorful dye are Pulp Riot and Pravana in terms of quality of pigmentation and color depositing, and the longevity of the color and resistance to fading. Pulp Riot is my favorite of the 2 brands, and the price tag reflects the quality.
