The fish oil supplement is good, but I really have issues with traditional fish oil pills. They make my heart race (this is a legit issue for some people that I just recently found out) and they really upset my stomach.These capsules are easy to swallow and their proprietary formulation gives you all the benefits without the problems of regular supplement packs. This is the first supplement with fish oil I've been able to tolerate. And these pills don't make me nauseous or feel like I just ate bad sushi hours later. I love this product. I’m not much of a pill taker but I’ve been making an effort and notice the healthy energy through the day. Great product just wish they provided more pill for the price. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is active

In terms of ease, this product makes things dummy proof. Someone who is brand new to taking vitamins/supplements can buy a box of these and have no questions... However it may come as a cost.Opening my first pack when my box was delivered, I was surprised to see 6 individual pills. I'm no champ so I had to take them individually due to their size (which isn't large, I'm just a weird person) but the worst thing for me was what came after you took them. I've been taking these packs for about two weeks now and every single time, I burp up the horrible taste of the vegetable capsule for hours. Mind you, these things are all natural so not artificial tastes... Which is great and all but holy cow I wish I knew it would of tasted like this.All in all, I will not be buying another box because of the burp factor. Why this happens baffles me and I always take it with a meal at the same time of day, daily. So who knows. I would recommend this product to someone who needs something that is easier to maintain than any other packs out there but I would warn them of the taste.*******In terms of overall business design... I have been on these vitamins pills for about 3 weeks now and I completely feel the difference in energy levels within in my body. I feel much more healthier especially when taking them while I eat and involve myself in physical activities.

The website states the folate is MTHF, but the vitamins themselves just say folate. I asked for a clarification in March and now it is July and I still haven't heard back. Their customer service is not good, and the product is not what I expected. If this type of bait and switch is occurring on just one ingredient, what else is an issue here....

I have been taking these for a couple and have to pause taking them because there is a slight fish taste and I hate even the smell of fish. I think it comes from being forced to eat salmon patties as a child. The manufacture has told me there is an adjustment coming which should alleviate this in the near future. I’m excited to try as the nutritional value provided in these are exactly what I am looking for in a supplement... especially since I can’t stomach the taste of fish.

Hello, my name is Tony in the beginning while attempting to try this product. I was very skeptical I don’t do vitamins I don’t do all that stuff. I always felt it was just a waste of time and boy was I wrong. I was encouraged to try this brand by a friend and my daughter tried the ladies version. I went with the males Version and the first day I felt a little bit different by the second day I had more energy by the fourth day I felt so much positive energy and clarity that I was over impressed. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody and everybody.

Just delivered November the 1st and the Best by date is 12/ 24. Not sure if the vitamins are good but an expiration date in the same time as the 30 day supply is not worth it.
