It worked at first, now it won’t limit speed. Just full speed. Any idea what’s wrong?

Mine was like this out of the box. With the potentiometer fully closed to fully open I'm getting 19.4 to 19.99 V from a 20V power source. Totally useless. I'm going to return it and try to find a higher end alternative. This one looks and feels super cheap. If it worked, it would be a good value but clearly they have a lot of QC problems.

Why does the internal fuse keep popping with a 20V 5A dewalt battery swap in a powerwheels car?

The DEWALT battery is most likely a 5AH which rating of length of power but a DEWALT battery will actually pop a 30A fuse on initial power surge. I just recently used one of these on my daughters power wheels and I ended up putting a 40A fusel in and haven’t had any issues so far

can this be used on a minn kota EDGE 45lb.thrust 5 speed trolling motor?

If it's between 7-70v, below 30amps, and a brushed motor, yes. Amp draw is going to be the issue, some trolling motors can draw over 30amps which would blow the fuse and just swapping to a higher rated fuse is asking for trouble.

Have the same voltage coming out as I do going in, even after adjusting. Is this defective?

No, the voltage is reduced by about 1%
