My doctor put me in metformin and besides hanging out in the bathroom w a stack of magazines while Mount Vesuvius is erupting from my poopshoot, my stomach would be so bloated, I looked like I was having triplets. My doctor suggested taking an extra strength gas prevention medication once a day. I started taking these and my bloating is gone. I'm still chilling w the porcelain throne, but the bloating is gone. It works pretty quick, easy to swallow, it's a bit expensive for the amount, but that's to be expected. I will continue to but this from Amazon because it's cheaper than at the stores.
