If you have a Cocker Spaniel but can't afford pro grooming, you need this.
I read all negative reviews I can to find out what people didn't like, even if there are overwhelming high reviews for a product. I read quite a few reviews for the two "Oneisall" clippers I was considering, and all of the negative reviews, too as there weren't many. Most of them complained about the noise or said the clippers failed almost immediately, either would not run or would not clip hair and just made noise. I almost didn't order them because I've already had that experience with a lot of even higher priced clippers. I also was concerned about them being cordless battery operated and the length of time the batteries would keep going being too short to finish the job. But then I put in a search to find reviews that mentioned "Cocker Spaniel". I ended up ordering BOTH the regular size and the mini size for doing small and sensitive areas around ears, eyes, face, and privates and even yes, BETWEEN the toes. I have nothing but good things to say about them both. I did get them after seeing all the glowing reviews from Cocker owners. If you have never had the experience...Cockers have very challenging coats. They grow VERY fast, and are comprised of both curly surface hair and a deep undercoat of very thick, fuzzy, easily matted fur. Their hair mostly does not stop growing....ever. It is very important to keep ahead of it or you will have a matted mess to deal with in a very short time, especially if the dog is allowed outside. The good points of both the clippers are 1. They arrived promptly after ordering, only a couple days. 2. They both came in very nice boxes, suitable for storing them in. All parts listed were in the boxes and each tucked into separated compartments in a clear plastic insert. Directions were clear and precise. Both clippers turned on and ran right out of the box. So, I decided to do a trial clipping right away. 4. Neither clipper was noisy. Both were very quiet running, more of a hum than a buzz. 5. The larger clippers went through my Lizzie's undercoat like butter. I felt like I was a professional sheep shearer as her curly hair and undercoat "wool" dropped of her. 5. Both clippers are very light, and with no cord to deal with, very manageable....I used them at every angle my Lizzie presented me with....she gets tired of staying in the same position so I take a kind of oportunistic approach to clipping her...whatever she presents, I take the opportunity to clip while I have it. 6. She did not get disturbed by the sound of them, at all, not even when I started them right in her ear to trim the long ear hairs and the undersides of the ears. 7. Both clippers cut so much hair and fur so easily that it WAS necessary to pause briefly to shake off the excess hair that might clog the blades and a couple times, I had to turn t hem off to pick some excess hair out of the blades, just so they would cut better again, but they were sooo easy. The mini clippers were amazing. I read that they could even be used between the toes.....and they can be. I have never clipped my dog with scissors or clippers with so little concern over pinching or cutting her skin. Not one yip or whimper..usually she will yip if you just touch her feet, as if you did something horrible. When I started the dreaded chore of shaving between her rear legs and her belly, where the hair can get so matted she can't walk right, she rolled over like I was giving her a much enjoyed belly rub. I used both tools alternately for about three hours and neither one ran short of charge. I was clipping her outside and the mosquitos drove us in before the job was quite done but all but one leg is shaved down very short now, and it only took a short time compared to the several sessions it usually takes over a few days with the scissors. I am disabled so I can't move around her or the table I have her on very well so that was an extra bonus, but even in the days before the disability, it was a much longer and harder and traumatic event for both of us. So, that's my review. She's a small dog but she produces enough hair to stuff mattresses in the course of a year. LOL.

Safe for pets and it works great
I love this! I have a long hair boy cat and I had to shave around his butt and paws. Best tool I have purchased. And it’s very safe for your pets

Does it’s job well
Heat level? Okay. Noise level: kinda high for my cats preference. Safety? Not the safest cuz I noticed little cuts on my cats toe beans even after being so careful as to not make any contact with the toe beans. Works well? Sure but not the safest option out there

Happy and Surprised
I was surprised that this tool worked so well. Thank you Amazon customers for great information in your reviews. I have an old long hair calico who doesn't groom like she used to. I was able to quietly and quickly remove several matted areas and she was not distressed in the least. I don't do too much at a time because she starts to get wiggly but wow .....great job.

Comes with only the small guide comb
Comes with guide comb for small trimmer head. Does not come with guide comb for large trimmer head. Manual says not to use trimmer head without guide comb unless you are a professional. We’re off to a subpar start.

A Miracle Worker!
I've always been afraid to shave my Maine Coon cats' fur knots at home, but one of my cats screams SO loudly when the vet tech shaves his knots that everybody in the back room at the vet's can hear him. (Our wonderful and gentle vet tech isn't hurting my cat, but the kitty still NEEDS to let us all know he absolutely does NOT approve!) The *oneisall 2 Speed Cat Clippers* is a life saver. Now I shave my cat's fur knots when he's relaxed -- lying in his favorite sunny spot at home -- and sometimes he even PURRS while I work on him. Unbelievable! The motor noise is low and doesn't bother either of my kitties. Since I spread out the shaving procedure for both cats over several days for only a few minutes each time, the clippers show no sign of a low battery. The clippers are also safe: no scratched tummies so far. I'm THRILLED with having the ability to remove my Maine Coon cats' knots easily at home without stress on any of us humans and fur folks for the first time ever. Great value and simple to use! One point: the 2 removable shaving heads are small, so I only use the clippers to remove isolated fur knots on my cats. I don't know how they would work shaving larger areas of fur.

Works well and it’s silent enough not to scare the dog.

Me gusta mucho porque tiene buen filo y le logro cortar muy bien los pelitos entre las patas de mi perrito. Nada más aguas porque ya me pasó un par de veces que se me iba y le corté un poco a mi perrito pero fue chiquito y no se quejo.

I have a 14 year old Miniature Schnauzer that has recently started having panic attacks during professional grooming. I've started home grooming with professional clippers and use these for the delicate/ close shave areas (face, ears, undercarriage etc). I think these detail clippers are great! They cut easily without scratching or cutting skin and they're nice and quiet. I'm able to groom my dog without him shaking or getting nervous. I'll upload some photos/video later.
