UPDATE:The seller was so wonderful and quickly arranged to send a replacement. I have never had such a great customer service! The printer works awesome. I love it and I am sure I will be using it a lot! it is a small printer, very handy, so I can carry it anywhere. You can pick a different design from the app. And app is easy to install and use. Very happy with the product.____________________I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately, I have issues with it. More often than not, it just doesn't work. After I design the label, and press "Print" in the app, the printer makes a noise and turns off, giving me error message "Printing failed." I have no idea if my unit is defected, or all units act like this.

Must read! I bought the P12 but it wouldn’t stay connected. Called customer service first time and that person was not informed and said it was defective. Amazon refunded everything. I ordered it again because I still had the extra tape and thought what are the chances, right? Well it did it again. This time I emailed the company as it was late. I am not kidding when I say I got the greatest customer service rep this time. It sounds crazy, but they were so helpful we have emailed back n forth 30xs! Only because I was so hesitant but they assured me it was the charging block! You MUST USE a 5v-2A charging plug or the stream of power will cause the unit to shut off! So they offered and sent a brand new, upgraded P12Pro which is rechargeable and does not need batteries which I wanted but didn’t know the original P12 was battery operated. I bought the correct charger from Amazon and it works beautifully!!!! And I ran it so long on one charge I used the whole roll of tape! It charges very quickly too! So I had mentioned I was looking at getting colored tape when I told the service agent how thrilled I was with the product and he is sending me free colored tape rolls!!! This customer service just can’t be beat and that’s what matters most when I buy anything! They have been very kind, replied immediately to every email, knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the second unit I was refunded for with an upgraded model at no cost or inconvenience to me! All the while replying instantly to emails with great kindness and patience! I HIGHLY recommend this P12Pro label printer! The app is so user friendly and installed in just a minute! You must connect the device thru the app not your phones Bluetooth or it won’t connect. I couldn’t believe how long one fast charge lasted and my main reason for this printer was having a continuous tape so I could make a label as long as I want! Not all, actually very few have that option! You can trust this company completely! And email them directly with any questions- you’ll be blown away by the knowledge and very kind customer service! I’d leave 100 🌟review if I could!

The media could not be loaded. It works well, label length is adjustable manually, you can get colored label tape with it (and I’m going to!), quick, quiet, the compatible application is simple and easy to use. Most importantly, no replacing stupid ink cartridges!!! That’s my favorite part! My device, unfortunately, has to stay on its charger to operate despite being charged to 100%. Not a huge deal. Just a minor inconvenience. I’m still keeping it & I do really like it. Tons of pros vs. one con, so I’m good with it! It gets the job done and for people like myself, seriously helps me remember things and stay organized. I opted for a bargain because I needed a label maker asap and wanted to just try one out. I like this brand and how versatile the little printers are so I’ll stick with it. I might just be less of a tightwad next time around lol.

I hot this to label our parts bins in our warehouse. I love the memory and history function so I can pick up right where I left off. It connects to my phone instantly after the initial setup. The app has more features than I can ever use but it could be nice for creative instances. Overall great buy. I bought aftermarket tape that said it would fit but I ended up modifying the cartridge so it would work. It it got the job done like a champ.

I got this because we had to have our child's name on all their markers etc for school. Name had to be on each individual one, not just the pack/box. The labels that come with this are the perfect size for that.It is a small, fist size printer. Easy to set up. Within 15 minutes, we had everything labeled and even put a tiny little custom picture on each one.If you use something like a photo (we put a pic of child's face on one label) it is a little hard to make out, but you can still tell who/what it is supposed to be. Some labels we put a skibidi character, etc. Child thought it was so cool.All in all, very happy with my purchase, especially for the price!

After years of constantly having to hand write labels for my preschool class room I decided to finally buy a label maker. It was very easy to set up on my phone and prints quickly and silent 🤫A big draw back is it needs batteries to work wireless. It does come with a cord but it's pretty short. I have a longer cord already.

This little machine with app is honestly so easy my cat could print a label. I love that it’s so versatile. I can print sticky label tape, iron on tape, or satin ribbon that I can sew on or tie on my projects. My old label machine took hours and so much wasted material to get it right. Absolutely awesome price, and the tape seems to last.

I got this printer to label some stuff around the house and also some school stuff for the kids. At first I was having an issue with the sample that came with the printer so I contacted the seller and they were amazing at replying and helping me out, I sent out a picture and video and they sent me an entire set of labels which was really great. The printer works perfectly and the app is very easy to use

Amazing mini label printer! I purchased them as im borrowing a space at a store to sell my items and they required a printed SKU with price. This was the best deal with great reviews so I purchased them. As soon as I had them in my hands I printed out label in 5 min. It is very easy to use and portable. Recommend to any beginners of small buisiness!
