I am trying to find a Harley-Davidson bar and shield patch small version in dark blue and black for my baseball cap

Should fit a cap. I have mine on my (L) chest above a pocket on a riding shirt.

Will this be ok for a T-shirt or is it too heavy?

Although it is very heavy I think it would be okay on a heavy t shirt but if it’s a new one, I would wash it a few times in case the shirt shrinks. It would work great for a sweatshirt, vest, coat. I put them on the gauntlets of my gloves. Hope this helps.
