Great for cleaning up loose wiring and you don’t want to undo wire ends to thread through the loom. Used it on my classic truck to tidy up the engine compartment, looks great!

Was looking for something to clean up the mess of cables (power, audio and antenna) coming off the back of my portable SiriusXM windshield-mounted receiver. After considering other options including just taping the wires together, I went with this 1/4" SpeedWare braided split-sleeve wire loom. The wires tucked in easily and now the install looks nice and tidy. The loom full of wires bends as needed and is easily deform-able to shove up underneath most trim pieces.

I bought this because I wanted the protection of the woven "Chinese finger trap" style loom but had to cover an existing harness. It worked out great! I will note that this doesn't push in pull out anywhere near as much as I expected. But it did leave room to expand a little in places and still pull down tight in others. I may get another roll to keep on hand for repairs.

This new style wireless cleans up the engine compartment or engine bay. It gives it to OEM look that comes with newer vehicles. It’s a little tough to unwind and get wrapped around your wires but once you get it set, it looks perfect.

Best for high temperature uses and where you want top appearance. It holds it's shape making it more interesting to install .

These are great for many universal applications.

Bought this product to enclose wire bundles on 22 Honda Gold Wing Tour DCT. At first I installed zip ties on the wire bundles then covered them with the MGI SpeedWare Braided Split-Sleeve Wire Loom. The heads on the zip ties showed through as small bumps. The product has sufficient curl to keep it closed over the wire bundles without the bundles being zip tied. So, I removed the loom material, removed the zip ties and re-installed the wire loom. Great closure and bundles are secure and the loom material is smooth and has a professional finished appearance. Quality product!

Good quality, nice look. I did find a slightly cheaper seller though on Amazon. Otherwise 5 stars. Sorry I'm just a cheap Canadian. All split loom is a bit of a pain to install but this was better than I expected.

Looks good and easy to install , held a lighter to it to see if it would burn and it will melt after a little while but not combust into an open flame . Will see how they do this summer

I bought this for my motorcycle originally, mostly due to it being more flexible than the harder plastic split wire cover. The braided part does not appreciate being cut, and I used a shrink tube heater originally to try to stop the fraying. Does not leave a nice appearing end though. Now I open the wrap up completely, and put a wrap of electrical tape on both sides of the wrap where I am going to cut it. Then I use sharp scissors (the "good" scissors, best done when home alone) to make the cut through the tape. The tape will keep the end from fraying. If by chance I can disconnect the harness at the ends, I put shrink wrap over the cut end.

I originally bought these to protect cables for an E-Bike, but I only needed about 2 meters of the stuff, as they only sell them 25ft (7.62m) for all sizes at the lowest. I picked the split 3/4 (19mm) option just in case I wanted to use the rest of the wire loom for my computer desk and game consoles at home.This material does an effective job of keeping the elements away from my E-Bike cables, while making it look more stylish as well. They can be easily cut with scissors but require a lighter or match/hot knife. They advertise that the split version cannot stretch, but has 25% overlap. The cable I recieved looked more like it was 50-75% overlapped which implied that I could store more cables! The split sleeve design is great for cables that lead in different directions so as to not change or alter your setup.Is this worth the price? Only if you have a bunch of cables that are not "trained" or look messy in general or if you need to protect cables for your car/desk/device etc. Always pre-measure what length you need/want first. For me I really only bought this for my bike, but it turned out to be ideal for many household/office applications.
