Phenomenal book
There's a lot of mediocre content on feedback. This book is the exact opposite. It's arguably the best book on feedback I've read and I've read them all. The author empathizes with the giver and the receiver and stays away from antiquated feedback models.Reading this book will nudge you to listen, empathize and help the receiver digest your feedback. You'll also learn to manage your bias and hopefully avoid some of them as a result. This book has ZERO fluff and 100% substance. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did. My gratitude to the author for sharing her wisdom with all of us.A must-read.

The essential book for any people manager.
There are three types of feedback: 1) appreciation, 2) coaching, 3) evaluation, and many different ways to say it to your direct reports or peers, especially if you work in a fast-growing company with teammates from different cultures & habits. The author uses the latest research and the book based on great books: Coaching habits and Thanks for the feedback.I really recommend this book for CEOs, executives, team leaders, and HR managers.
