We actually really liked this puzzle. But what good is a puzzle with missing pieces? We had four missing in ours. I contacted the company using the email address on the box - twice, two weeks apart - but it's now been over a month and we haven't heard anything from them. Would not recommend.

I really like this puzzle! It was well-made. Vibrant picture. Big enough pieces that they don’t hurt my eyes. My only hesitation is that it came with two extra pieces which was really confusing until I figured it out. I spent the rest of the puzzle waiting for other duplicates or afraid I wouldn’t have all the pieces. I did have all the pieces. It’s a great puzzle, that weirdness aside.

The puzzle came in a very sturdy, nice box. The box did not include a picture of the puzzle on the cover so it was nice to have a poster included in the box to use as a guide. The pieces were inside a reusable zip lock bag and there was zero puzzle dust. The pieces themselves were very sturdy, fit in the hand nicely and were not slippery. It is a nice touch to have the letters on the back to make sorting the puzzle easier. You can choose to ignore the lettering on the back of the puzzle if you want to create more of a challenge for yourself. The pieces are fully interlocking and fit together nicely so you can create sections and move them easily around your working area. The picture itself was very colorful and not blurry in the least. I would have given the puzzle five stars, but, five of the pieces came damaged. I was able to straighten three of the pieces with no issue. I was unable to straighten the other two pieces, unfortunately (I was able to make them presentable though). This is a high quality puzzle and would be perfect for the intermediate puzzler. I would definitely buy from this manufacturer again because the puzzle was worth every penny and was joy to put together.

This is made to be a sturdy puzzle, with thick pieces. But it is so tightly packed, that there were several pieces damaged when I opened the box. Sitting right on top of the puzzle pile of pieces when I opened the box, was a disconnected puzzle knob. So there's a hole in my puzzle! Upon opening and sorting my puzzle pieces, I found 2 more puzzle pieces with bent/damaged puzzle knobs. Ordinarily, this is a puzzle that is made to be very durable--but essentially was damaged by the manufacturer when it packaged in a very tight bag, and then forced into a very snug box. If you have any intention of sealing and framing--not the right company. I don't know if they offer, but I'd sure appreciate a replacement piece for the piece that came torn. I'd give a 5 stars if it hadn't been packaged this way and damaged.

My 97 year old grandmother loves putting puzzles together. I sent her this for her birthday and she loved the vibrant colors. She has not put it together yet so I don’t have pictures.

I thoroughly enjoyed putting this puzzle together. The pieces are a good size and have distinct shapes. This, combined with the various colors, shadings, and design, made for a fun experience. The quality of the product is good. The pieces are sturdy but not too thick, and they fit nicely together. Another feature that was a plus was the full color picture of the puzzle that was included in the box. It made for a nice visual reference. There were a few pieces (perhaps four or five) that were slightly bent but I was able to straighten them and fit them into place without problem.

Missing an edge pieceOpened the box and separates the edges and ot was missing ...thought maybe we missed it but after we got it all together alas no edge ...I’m not cheap but paying this much for a puzzle I’d expect it to all be there ...I bought 3 puzzles from Amazon the same day and so far the first two were messed up ...the first one have missing pieces and duplicate pieces and then this one missing
