This actually works better than I had expected. Was in such severe pain that I decided to just buy this and try. Because it is adjustable (both inflation and the velcro straps), you can either experience a little discomfort as you almost fully inflate or do it to comfort. It helped relieve some of my Cspine pain, which was pretty significant before I used it. I leave it near where I sit and put it on when I start feeling symptoms. The packaging says twenty minutes, I believe, but I used it for an hour while doing other things on my computer and it helped. I have used the expensive device as part of a PT traction treatment in the past, but didn't feel like spending $300+. This is a great temporizing measure for now!

Works well felt instant relief as soon as I put it in but it was missing travel bag and roller valve.

I'm happy with the purchase, the neck pillow is high quality and does what I expected. It is similar in construction to more expensive alternatives. It has three air tubes, one for filling each 'section' of the pillow. Other pillows in the same price range only use one tube, filling from the center 'ring' out, not evenly to all three. I am not positive if this makes a difference, but feel the improved air distribution when filling provides a more even stretch.

This product does not fit a man's neck. Way to small.

This product lasted about 50 uses before developing a leak and becoming worthless. The Velcro strips that held the pillow around your neck would frequently release under moderate pressure. Looking for a different brand.

This neck pillow is very well constructed and easy to use. So far it's working well to relieve my frequent neck pain. I think it's effective because it can be inflated to different levels to get the traction just right. I'll continue to use it 2 or 3 times a day. Good product!

it does what its supposed to but,it cuts off the circulation a little

I have a herniated disk in my neck. When I over use my neck and it acts up, this helps reduce the pressure on the disk.
