I’m not sure what you mean by double hub. If you’re talking about the space from the tire to the axle, the tires can be reversed for more or less space.

I do not think so. I purchased these for a garden wagon.

Can I order just the two halves that make up the rim and 5/8" shaft? Rims welds are paper thin and fail easily.
