I'm really big on customer reviews before buying anything online. This product had no reviews so I was a bit worried with the purchase. So far so good! 2 day shipping how can you not love amazon?! Aesthetically it is exactly what I wanted my home theater to look like. It was easy to assemble and look more expensive than it was. Sound is great and the subwoofer bumps! Hooked this up to my 65" Samsung 4K TV and no compatibility issues to speak of. Happy with this purchase! Thank you amazon!

This this system is totally worth the buy. So happy and can’t express the satisfaction of listening to music and movies on grand scale on a budget. The bass hits and the satellites make all the surround sound worth the price. Very satisfied even after some trepidation.

Work as intended

This was just what we were looking for in a home theater system! We purchased a 75 in TV and needed a sound big enough to match. The 1000 watts system made us feel like we were in a movie theater! We love it and glad we stumbled upon it. It took us a while to figure out how to set it up and get started but once we got it, it's perfect. Reading the reviews beforehand helped me a lot so I hope this helps somebody who is looking for a great sound.

Replaced, my old tuner that had lost its digital screen . With the one I bought . LG makes great equipment

Ordered these on Nov 5th to replace a set of surround speakers I've had for ages. Anyway, sound quality was good and they worked great for the first few months. However, went to watch a movie the other day and the audio was way off. I discovered the center speaker had completely stopped working, I confirmed this by connecting my old speaker to the same exact wiring and it worked just fine during the audio test. I would not be here writing this negative review if my experience with LG's customer support wasn't so terrible. I got onto their website, got into a chat with a customer support agent, and they just disconnected the chat after saying hello, didn't get to really talk to them at all. I figured, perhaps it was a network issue, so I initiated a 2nd chat. This agent, was just reading from a script, they were telling me to turn the power off the speaker for 30 seconds, there is no power button or power plug. I kept telling them, I had CONFIRMED the speaker had stopped work by connecting my old speaker to the EXACT same wire, and that it worked just fine. Then when I said, "Please just send me a replacement", yet again the chat was terminated. Now, they could just be having technical issues with their chat, but my assumption is they just hang up on anyone once it gets hard. I liked the sound quality, but the support was terrible when something went wrong.

For the price, the system is not bad. I feel it is very old school and there isn't really a way to do an equalizer set up. All it is, is changing volume on each speaker. Not as great but they do work. The sound isn't a wow factor but again, its better from what I had. All in all, the system looks amazing and it makes the movie experience pretty awesome.

I was super excited with my home theater system i love the different kind of sounds it picks up I feel like I'm really at a movie theater, i love it and I checked around and talked to different salesman about it and they said I was getting my money worth for the type of equipment I was getting i am very excited 😁 thumbs up all the way.
