Bought as part of a package.I have found it to be a good resource for additional information in the preparation of class notes. Of great help are the ppt presentations and brief class notes prepared by the author.

This book proves that Armstrong is the among the best whom ever wrote about HR in a simple straightforward clear style. It is an indespinsible reference for any HR professional.
