LEGO 40220 Creator Double Decker London Bus by

I sent this kit to my granddaughter for her birthday because her family will be visiting London this year. She dove into it right away and really enjoyed assembling a double decker !

My grandson, who is 9, can put together very complex Legos. He asked me to order this for him, and absolutely loved putting it together, even though it was small and easy to assemble.

Does anyone read the description before they buy a product? It's clearly stated that this bus has small dimensions. Regardless, it was a fun, quick little build. Tires/wheels and windows are always my favourite parts of Lego vehicles. Vibrant stickers give it some nice detail. And no, a mini-figure will not fit in this bus. The price should have been a clear indication. Anyways, great for a fun little build and a nice decoration. (Mini-fig and American quarter added for perspective only. Not included with the bus.)

Smaller than I thought it would be but over all good build

I admit when we recieved it, the box was beat up, BUT not opened and EVERYTHING was there in the box. I recived it early and it is now put together and on my mantle! Thank you very much!!!

Il bus è carinissimo, anche se molto piccolo (sta in una mano). Mi piace esporlo nella mia vetrina tra i libri di lingua inglese e lo Skyline Lego di Londra. Ovviamente il montaggio (divertente anche per un adulto come me) è durato poco e credo sia adatto anche ai bambini (età consigliata 7+). Le ruote sono scorrevoli. E' difficile aprire la confezione senza rovinarla un minimo, in quanto in cartone leggero rispetto ad altre confezioni di prodotti Lego più costosi e da collezione. ATTENZIONE: non confondete questo modello per l'altro bus di Londra decisamente più grande, più complesso e giustamente ben più costoso (LEGO Creator Expert 10258). Il libretto delle istruzioni è chiaro. L'unica nota dolente è il prezzo, che reputo un po' altino per un modellino così piccolo, ma d'altronde la Lego non si smentisce mai per qualità.

C'est vraiment un petit bus, j'ai fait des photos avec une pile AA-LR6 à côté pour bien le mettre en évidence. La construction est rapide, faisable par un enfant, aucun souci. C'est très basique, aucun siège à installer comme sur le grand modèle, le toit n'est pas fait pour s'ouvrir, .... mais pour le prix, difficile de s'attendre à autre chose. 👍 En espérant avoir pu vous être utile
