Everyone chair or bed bound needs 1 or 2 of these. This thing is incredibly useful in a recliner, or in a couch or bed. I don't use it for legs but for arms, shoulders, head, or that extra lift wherever needed. I bought it for my back, but I really needed a wedge. So it hung out nearby while recovering from multiple surgeries. However it turned out to be a fantastic arm support and all around useful cushion to shove into any gap. The cover is so soft. The foam is light and squishy but then firm once it's in place with 50% compression - just perfect! It has been such comfort to me, especially on miserable nights of pain. I've had this for months and I'm buying a second one. I don't know why I've waited. Early on my son managed to break the zipper by repeatedly jerking it continually back and forth as he would talk to me, but it works just fine zipper open, and so it make me appreciate it all the more. The first didn't wear out, it's just I that when I use it on the left, I wish I had one for the right, etc.

I use this at the bottom of my large wedge to step up my body as I attempt to sleep with my head and upper torso higher to help me with my asthma. It works very well giving me the support I need right there at hip/waist point. This is very stiff and is not comfortable anywhere near you head or neck. The Velcro straps are great for hanging it off a bed frame, or bed rail... so you don't lose it. It's structured firmly, yet soft enough for back and legs... doesn't collapse or flatten out... I love it.

I got this for my aunt. She had fell and one for was swollen. It did not work for her because it was too hard. No fault of the product. It just did not work for her. Gave to my mom and she loves it for other uses. Ahe uses a lot for her arm.

I bought this because it says you can use it for head neck and lumbar support. This is described as being made of soft comforting memory foam. There is nothing soft about it. It is very hard. I haven't even taken it out of the package because when I pushed on it to see how well it forms, it felt like a rock. I put it in the small of my back to test the lumbar support and there was no give at all. It pushed my spine so far forward that I was arched like a crossbow. If you want to buy something for spine comfort, don't buy this. Also, when I went to make a return, I found that it is ineligible for return. I guess I'll put it on the floor on front of the couch and use it as a foot stool (which it does say it it good for) or maybe it can serve as an oddly shaped rock in my garden. I only gave this thing one star for everything because couldn't give zero stars.

This cushion isn't quite what I thought it would be. This may sound contradictive, but it's too firm yet has too much give at the same time. The cover is soft except for the bottom. The bottom has a strap on it which makes no sense unless you buy it solely for use in a chair. It causes the pillow to set unevenly. I had to cut it off. The bottom is plastic with little nubs on it that's supposed to keep it from sliding. It's fine if you use it under your legs, but if you're a side sleeper it's not practical all, especially if you wear shorts to bed. One side is nice and soft, the other is nubby plastic that rubs against one leg and is very uncomfortable. I may just take the cover off and put it in a pillowcase. If I ever get another one, I'll be sure to get one that's soft all the way around.

I have extreme lower back issues. Lately I have taken to sleeping without a pillow and support behind my knees. I’ve used pillows, yoga bolsters, incline pillows and leg pillows such as this one. The other two half moon leg pillows were too large and not very comfortable, I find the size of this one to be perfect (I am 5’3”, 120 lbs). The density is also perfect, not too hard, not too soft. When I sleep with this particular pillow (which is all the time now) I can get right out of bed in the mornings as opposed to doing the sideways slide and waiting about half an hour to be able to stand upright.

I bought this for head support on a recliner and was pleasantly surprised how well it worked my only complaint is that the elastic strap is not large enough to fit around back of recliner. I happened to have an extra pillow slip cover that was twice the size as this pillow so I drape the loose part over the back side and it holds it in place. I am actually considering getting another for the floor to rest my feet on.

This pillow is not memory foam; it is a very hard foam of some kind. It does provide excellent support because it doesn’t give! The cover was very soft. Product would have been perfect if it had a little more give to the foam. I wanted to return it but it was not eligible; so used it anyway. We got it for the foot rest on a recliner. We used to help elevate my mother in laws feet a little higher to help with edema.
