NOT acquired through VineI used this to connect a motorized telescope drive directly to a 12V power supply, bypassing the heavier cigarette lighter adapter that came with it. The product works exactly as I hoped it would.Many cheap cords are made to fit both a 5.5x2.1 mm and a 5.5x2.5 mm socket and don't fit either well. I don't know if this one was designed that way, but the 2.1 mm connection is nice and snug without being sticky.It is reasonably sturdy, but not especially so. The 90-degree connector has less flexion than the other one, I wouldn't use it anywhere there would be tension on it. On the other hand, the whole reason you'd go with 90-degrees was to reduce tension, so this should be fine for most applications.My only complaint is I didn't need two cords, and would have rather paid $6 for one cord than $9 for two. But such is the way of Amazon, you often have to buy in bulk even if you don't want to.Be aware this cord is only 50 cm (a little less than 20"), that's pretty short. It is perfect for what I needed, but make sure you measure it so you will know it is long enough. Also, a 90-degree connector, unlike a straight one, may not pull out easily should the cord get snagged on something. Make sure this is the right cord for your project.

Just as described

Bought these instead of cheaper bunch because they were longer, but they’re not quite as long as advertised — instead of being 1.8ft, 55cm, they’re 1.6ft and 49cm, so about 2+ inches short if that makes a difference… seems petty to return them. Maybe they shrank during shipping.

Does what it is supposed to do - a pair of 49cm male to male (or, rather, female-to-female as connectors have no center contact) cables of the perfect size for my task - to connect PoE splitter to non PoE CCTV camera. The additional bonus is 90 degree angle contact with allowed me to put PoE splitter inside the tight box without bending the cable. Not too thin so no fear to tear it by accident comparing with the short cable which came with the splitter.

They work well. No surprises. Second time buying them.
