If you can deal with crumbs then this is simply the best pizza pan available. 5 Stars and great value.
This is hands down the best pizza crisping pan I have ever used. It is also one of the most affordable. We eat frozen gourmet pizza probably 3-4 times a week. This pan has never disappointed us with perfectly crisping every crust of the brands of frozen flat bread pizzas we purchase. I do find that this pan is so exceptionally designed that it actually takes 2-3 minutes less than the suggested cooking time to cook the pizzas perfectly. I have had no problems with cleaning this pan or having any pizza stick to it. I usually just clean it with a soapy paper towel and let it air dry. Even if cheese does get on the pan somehow it does not stick so there is little to no elbow grease required when cleaning. The pan is light and easy to manage. The size of the pan is perfect and allows us to easily cook round pizzas as well as the football shaped and rectangular flat bread pizzas. I have a lot of kitchen counter space so it is easy for me to cut the pizza on this pan because I also purchased the OXO Good Grips 4 inch Pizza Wheel for Non-Stick Pans. I would not recommend cutting the pizza on this pan with traditional knives or a metal pizza wheel. That will definitely damage the coating on the pan. When you cut the pizza on this pan be prepared for a lot of crumbs on the counter especially with thin and crispy types of pizza. I strongly recommend this pan. I think it may be difficult to use for fresh doughy crusts but if you are using this to crisp frozen pizzas and perfectly heat them you will not find a better pan at a better price. This is pan is simply amazing!!! I have had this pan for more than 6 months now and use it 3-4 times per week at temperature settings up to 425 degrees with no issue. The pan looks brand new. I have purchased one for all of my family and friends. They all love it too and use it weekly. One final word of caution is make sure the cheese is not falling off the crust so it does not drip down through the holes onto the bottom of your oven. I have not had this occur but my sister mentioned that she went a little cheese crazy on her pizza and that it bubbled over. Again though she was making fresh pizza with fresh dough while I only cook frozen pizzas.

Great
Pan is sturdy, durable, and strong. Accurate description. Holes in the bottom of the pan to help with baking. Heats easily through out the pan. Easy to clean.

Does the Job, and Does It Well!
I'm a Newb at making fresh pizza at home and really thought I was going to need a pizza stone or steel to replicate the true pizza oven experience. I didn't want to invest $200+ out of the gate though, for a stone and other accessories if I somehow couldn't put the rest of the experience together properly, such as finding fresh dough and quality ingredients, stretching the dough, cook time and temp...... So for a $25 pizza pan and a $10 fresh pizza kit from my local pizza shop, I could give it a shot with minimal expense and I was pleasantly surprised with the results!! Not only did I manage the assembly process and turn out a pizza very close to what I get from the "pros" but this pan did an amazing job on the crust. 475 degrees in a standard residential oven and 12 minutes later I had crispy, lightly browned crust on the bottom, fluffy/airy dough in the middle and around the edges, and perfectly cooked toppings. I never would have guessed but I may not even upgrade to a stone or steel now!! Count me as very impressed.

Awesome for frozen pizzas
This is truly a great pan! I use a cutter on it, so mine is a little chewed up, but I’ve had it for several years. I bought a second one, but still use the original.Tips:Frozen pizzas cook around the top time recommended for “straight in the oven rack” baking. For pan directions, on the lower end. That’s how it works in my oven.Lay it on paper towels when you take it out of the oven. It will probably ooze a little through the holes. You especially don’t want to lay it on your stove burners. It’s a breeze to wash by hand, but I can’t say one way or the other about putting it in a dishwasher.

For great homemade pizza, pan color matters!
My wife likes to make her own pizza, including the dough. We tried a pizza stone, but our old oven blew the thermostat after being set as high as the instructions said. Next we tried a similar looking, dark colored, non-stick, vented aluminum pan. Seemed to work great, with crust coming out crisp, and pizza cooked through. But over time, and having sprayed olive oil on it occasionally (which the instructions may have said not to), reheated pizza slices started sticking really bad where the cheese melted off the side, the pan started to become hated. My wife bought a silver colored clone at the grocery store to replace it - exactly the same looking pan, but without the black color. Disaster! Her pizza making suddenly became an exercise in frustration - dough never really cooked all the way, everything staying a soggy mess. We tried cooking the pizza longer, but that burned the top. We couldn't figure out why what had previously worked was no longer working. After reading a few reviews online, we determined it was the fact that the silver color was somehow reflecting the oven heat, whereas the black one absorbed it and therefore got hotter, and turned dough into crust better (there's a little Physics lesson here somewhere). I decided to buy one of these T-fal pans here on Amazon for my wife's birthday to see if that was indeed the problem.Viola! That was it! My wife is again, a happy, homemade pizza maker (and doesn't think she's losing it). Crust cooks evenly all the way through, crispy on the bottom, without cheese burning on top. We don't put any oil on it, and seems to slide the pizza off just fine, and easy to clean up. Haven't left a reheated piece to burn on yet, but fresh pizza that we cut up and put back in the turned off but still warm oven, haven't been a problem.

Won't stick
Finally got my mother to make homemade pizza again after getting her a couple of these pans. She always had troubles with her crust sticking to the pans and had to fight and scrape the pizza out. Made some pizza on these pans and it turned out amazing.

Excelente producto

Non-Stick and It Bakes the Pizza Well
Bakes the pizza consisently through. You won't get that brown on one end and pale on the end look. Washes with little water as cheese just glides off. Would highly recommend! Good size as well.

Good pizza pan choice
This has been an excellent pizza pan. I lightly coat it with flour and use the lower rack of the oven. The holes in the bottom allow good air circulation and perfect browning of the pizza bottom. I cut the pizza with shears right on the pan, because I don't want to scratch the coating with a cutter. I used it many times.
