Helped get the 'tank taste' out
I have been filling my own 5gal bottles from a 5-stage RO with re-mineralization. Suddenly, my wife was off-put by a recent fill-up. I couldn't taste it, but she described a plastic-like taste. Must be the pressure gasket in my 14gal tank. I haven't done a great job of fully drawing down the tank, but I've certainly done decent volume in 3 months of use, usually I fill 30gal across a weekend and repeat every 1.5months.In any case, I flushed the tank while also installing this post-filter today, and the water met my wife's standards.

Is this normal???
No directions were included. I changed the filter and then when I turned on the faucet purple/indigo blue liquid came spurting out. Is this normal???
