I recently had hip surgery and couldn't bend my legs certain ways. It has been a major help to put my socks on and to assist with getting on my shoes. The quality is very good. It's very well made and easy to put together. I find it convenient to take off the very top part when I'm putting my sock on because it's very long. It's a really good value for the money and my wife is grateful that she doesn't have to help me put my socks and shoes on anymore LOL

I need to use this occasionally when I have back problems and can't lift my feet up all the way to get socks on. I didn't think the alternatives would work in my case because I stand. Takes a little to get used to.

Poor, not useful

Took a chance and ordered this before any stars awarded. Arrived on time from U.S.Its great that you can have the handle at 3 different lengths , the sock end is easy to load up, I put it between my knees, and it is quite esay to put your sock on. I have had problems trying to release the sock once on, but I'm sure there is a knack ! The sock after release seems to end up with the top of my sock folded over, so I pull it up by hand. The only other comment is that the handle does not have a solid back, this gives a strange feeling when holding it. Would be better if the Company provided a rubber slip to slide on to create a solid place to hold.
