What types of probiotics are in thia product?

Most yogurt only has one or two strains of probiotic bacteria but the Probiotic Starter packs have a wide variety of 11 different types of probiotic cultures (below). Once a batch is made, can it be used instead of starter packet to make another batch?

Heirloom starters (only a single strain) can be used over and over again but you never see heirloom starters with a large blend of probiotics. This is because when there are multiple strains some strains can take over others resulting in maybe only getting 1 or 2 probiotics and missing out on the other 9 or 10 probiotics. 
Also you can get sporadic results as the texture, flavor, body, consistency... of the finished product could start to deteriorate rapidly.
Of course there is also the risk of contamination.
We worked very hard to get the costs down so for just the cost of a starter packet and a bottle of milk now you can make the equivalent of hundreds of pills, 32 yogurts, 47 drinks, or 64 yogurt tubes. So you can make the freshest probiotics available for less than the cost of ANY pills, powders, yogurt, kefir, or drinks!
