First I have to say this isn’t my first time using ashwagandha it helps me to sleep and seems to keep my cycle regular but this is my first time trying this brand I’d like to say it’s working well for what I need it for but it doesn’t really taste like strawberries it has a weird/ nasty taste that I’ve put up with simply because it’s been working

I take these every night and I think they work great. On my second order and appreciate how they taste so good. I could seriously eat a handful of them.

Tastes good, calming effect, it didn't do anything special though besides made me calmer and more relaxed.

These are great. I take one as soon as I wake up and between dinner and falling asleep. I’m not positive if it’s some sort of placebo effect on my mind but I definitely feel a bit more relaxed in the morning and maybe even better sleep. I don’t have trouble with sleep so I haven’t noticed much of a difference in that regard. But I do notice more relaxation and better mood in the evening so that helps. Ashwaganda is thought to help with testosterone in men which isn’t a bad bonus. I read a review saying they spit it out as soon as they took a bite and tasted how sweet it was, and all I can say is grow up. It’s not that bad. I watch my intake of sugar and although it doesn’t say how much sugar is in one, I can say it won’t hurt you. I’ve heard it’s not good to take ashwaganda for longer than 3-4 months at a time. Not sure why. But just in case it’s convenient that the bottle should supply a twice a day regimen for 45 days, so if you get two bottles you’ll be in that range and then you can take a break.
