Wow man I have to say I've never been quite so stressed out for a $10 purchase... I normally go right to the negative reviews (1's and 2's) before purchasing anything related to audio equipment. While there were numerous reports of the 1/4" female being far too loose; as well as reports of the "banana" end being far too long to make contact... I have NOT had that experience. Contrary to one reviewer who said the 1/4" side was sloppy, my audio cable (male end) snapped so snuggly into the Female connector on these tethers that I was duly impressed (actually had to give it a bit of force - which makes me wonder if the other user simply failed to "snap" these things into connection). On the "banana" side of things (my studio reference monitors) the connection was, again, very robust. Nothing wrong here!!! Would recommend to anyone in need of a studio-audio-quality 1/4" Female to Banana adapter. These are solidly made... nothing skimpy about these.

Worked great for connecting my amplifier to speakers!

This was exactly what i needed to connect my Amplifier to my TS audio cords. The fit is snug and perfect on the TS side, little bit of a push to get the plug in but nothing crazy and it stays in securely. The other end fits the jacks ok my Amplifier just fine, the only thing im noy a fan of is the threaded bit on the connector, i dont personally need that, but if you do then its there. Overall a quality product I'd say and it doesn't feel cheaply built. Time will tell, but impress with it so far.

These are great for various connections. If you have power amps with binding posts and need to make connections for Bridge Mode output, then there will allow for that and other configurations. PLEASE NOTE! DO NOT let the metal ends touch each other or the metal chassis! You should wrap them with tape or heat shrink tubing.

I needed to use a PA system's speakers to connect to a TV for our church fellowship hall. The only amplifiers that would work with the TV had banana clips or posts, and the speakers only have 1/4" TS plugs. This was the perfect solution and works very well.
