Great phone case
-The case is thick not surprisingly since the battery. -Not sure on battery I got to edit see how long this battery case last. -The package was delivered in great condition. -Note 20 5G fits perfectly and charge power button works great can press stop charging or continue charge.

Just stopped working
The device was working for the first month normally and taking charge and charging the phone and today suddenly just stopped working for no reason. I plugged it into many different chargers I push the bottom many time no response nothing happening. I want replacement or my money back

Bulky but it does the job
It's too bulky. It works though. I ended up returning it -- would rather carry a compact power bank than be walking around with a heavier phone.

Charging case
Amazing product! I can still get a full charge for my phone while being on my phone throughout the day. Never had a problem with this case. Highly recommend.

Ordered in late March case has stopped charging.

So far its good
Not too bulky. 4 stars because the charging indicator is so bright it lights up part of a dark room. Has a comfortable feel and doesn't slip.

Died after a month
Only been a little over a month and it already broke. Just gave out while charging and now it doesn't charge. Huge disappointment. Not worth the money.
