Great lamp that's easy to use.
A really nice lamp that comes with a bulb. The base isn't too sensitive where it will turn on with a brush of a finger tip, but is also responsive when used. 3 quick taps with the light on its lowest level and it turns off seamlessly, and you don't have to press too hard to change the level. It has three light levels with varying degrees of brightness. The shade is dark, so despite using a high efficiency bulb, the light is soft and low. It's great for someone who doesn't want to wake up their spouse early in the morning and wants a light that doesnt blind them when they turn it on.

Doesn’t produce bright light
I bought my son this lamp for Christmas. Only downside is the lampshade is so thick it gives off very little light but it’s very sleek looking and the usb plugs are very convenient. My son actually likes his room dimly lit so this worked for him but if you’ll be using it to read or do work, not the lamp for you. I’m not sure if it’s just the black shade or not.

DOA bulb, no way to request a replacement bulb
Lamp works, bulb does not. Impossible to request a replacement bulb, only possible to replace entire unit. I would describe that as pathetic customer service and support.

I bought this lamp to add a bit of ambient light to the unit where I keep my TV and it looks amazing. Delivered quickly, easy to put together, comes on with one touch, adds a soft glow to the room. I am very pleased with it and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice bedside or table lamp.

Bought 2 of these. 1 bulb didn't work. No Dimmable bulb ive found works in these things. When I can turn it on which is rarely because the touch base won't work with any Dimmable bulb ive bought it just flashes
