Very crispy so long as you keep the batter mix very cold
Unfortunately, I cannot read the directions. But I do what has been instructed to me on other temporary mixes. Keep the tempura mix very cold as you turn it into a batter. I do that by mixing ice cubes with the batter and letting them melt until I get the proper consistency may be a little water if it’s taking too long for the ice cubes to melt. Then whatever product I’m going to cook I make sure that’s very cold too. It comes out as crispy as you can imagine

Nice and crunchy
This batter fries up so light and crunchy. I used it to make some zucchini fritters. You just add cold water to the mix and stir it until it's the consistency of thin pancake batter. The first time I used it I made orange chicken and it was so good. This time, the zucchini fritters and I still have some mix left over for another batch of food.

Super easy. Mix one bowl with water and place in second bowl of dry then place in hot oil.
