Though there's room for improvement, for the price this is easily the best bedside holster I have yet seen. I've been using a Blackhawk bedside holster for a few years now, and it has been adequate but far from idea. The main shortcoming is that it is all cloth, and even though stiff, it easily bends and slides out from between the mattress and box springs. This review, as of this date, is based only on initial impressions but I expect it to be a good unit. The Concealed Carrier Bedside Holster is made of durable plastic, so the L shape is molded-in. It also has a bit of a ridge on one end to help grip the underside of the mattress and reduce the chance of it slipping out. Also, since it is rigid, it will tend to bend less and work itself out less unlike other holsters. Additional pros of this unit include the adjustability. You can adjust the muzzle stop on the holster up or down to allow for longer or shorter barrels, and the stretch fabric is also adjustable and can be set so as to cover the trigger/trigger guard, which is a good safety feature. I wouldn't be surprised if this could be sufficiently adjusted to handle a Desert Eagle down to a pocket .380 pistol. The only limit may be extra-long barrelled handguns. Besides holding a handgun, there are slots for an extra magazine for the weapon as well as a place for a cell phone and even a Mag Lite flashlight or similar-sized light. My only minor concerns are that the flashlight loop is not adjustable but is made of rigid plastic. Thus, if you wish to put in a smaller or larger barrelled flashlight, you're out of luck, as far as I can tell right now. Mostly you'll be stuck if you have a smaller flashlight, like I use, to hand-hold while holding the firearm. The other minor concern is that, as I mentioned, the unit is predominantly plastic. I could see this cracking or becoming brittle over years of use, possibly sooner depending on how frequently manipulated the holster is. A full metal design might have been better, but at the risk of scratching the firearm's finish. This company is combat veteran owned and operated, and he included a nice note along with the unit. For the price, I can't see how this one can be beat by anything else I've seen or found online. I wish him best of luck as he's got a very good design here that will only get better.

This is my third bed mounted gun holster and I can honestly say that it puts all my past experiences to shame! The other bedside holsters I’ve owned and used needed to be readjusted on a daily basis, sometimes more than once, but this holster has not needed to be adjusted once, not one single time, in the months I’ve been using it. Now the strap that is actually supposed to hold the gun could certainly be a little tighter, and the floor plate that is supposed to stop the front end of the gun from sagging could be a bit lower for full sized pistols, but I have the perfect fix for that! Order a soft IWB Holster by Houston Holsters on Amazon (make sure it is for right side draw in order for the belt clip to attach to the strap on the bed holster meant to hold your gun) and stuck it inside the gun strap on the bed holster, then BAM! It’s nearly perfect! The strap meant to hold the magazine could also be a bit farther from its respective floor plate to accommodate extended magazines, but it still works fine with my Magpul 21 round 9mm magazine for the Glock 17. Last piece of advice, it is harder than you would think to find a flashlight to perfectly fit the 1.25” tube/holster on the bottom of the bed mounted holster, so I found it MUCH easier to go to Lowe’s/WalMart/Harbor Freight and measure the flashlights I found acceptable to find one that will fit just right. It’s much more efficient than ordering multiple flashlights from Amazon trying to find a good fit (I went that route initially and it was super frustrating!). Overall, with a few simple modifications and tips, this is hands down the BEST bedside/bed mounted gun holster that you will find of it’s kind! Even though it could be improved upon, it is soo far ahead of the comparable products that I’ve tried, I STILL give it a full 5 star rating!! You will not be disappointed, ESPECIALLY for this price!

There was no complication with the purchasing or shipping of the product, as it was processed and arrived quickly. The item is as described, no noticeable damage to the shipping box or the holster itself. It works just as described and my current configuration is it is holding my Glock 21 with a Streamlight TL-1 HL and two magazines. I use the dedicated space for your cell phone for my other magazine. The holster seems sturdy and the elastic holds my pistol and magazines easily. My only slight suggestions (not criticisms) are that the retention flap on the part that slides between your mattress and box spring could be a little bigger. Or maybe change the underside to have more grip for retention. To be clear it doesn't slip out easily, just backs out a little when making the bed. So I would recommend this product to anyone, it's a good product and does what it made for. On the plus side the seller personally contacts via email and makes sure that everything is good. Oh and he's a combat veteran and I'm a veteran as well so I love supporting veteran owned business.

This works well for what it advertises. However it is hard plastic, I was assuming for it to be metal for better stability.

This has got to be one of my all-time favorite & best-finds on TheZon. This bed-side holster is exactly what I'd been needing. I ordered two: one for me that I installed the day of arrival, and one for my son as a Christmas gift (& to say the least -- it was the gift that brought the biggest smile to his face upon opening!) My holster sits comfortably, yet securely, between mattress & box springs ... where my son has a platform bed, and his is also comfortable & secure. I appreciate the design & color -- as it's pretty much undetectable -- unless you just are looking for it. When I rise & make my bed, the comforter completely covers so there's no sign of anything showing. It fits & holds my 9mm w/Olight perfectly AND allows for quick, easy & safe removal. I am so very happy I made this purchase!

I paid for this product, I did not receive any promotions. I rarely write reviews, but I want to give my wholehearted endorsement for this product. I’ve been wanting to purchase a bedside holster for several months, but recently my stepfather passed away and wanted to purchase one for my Mom for home security. The more I looked into it, the more I liked the idea behind this particular one (where there is a spot for your cell phone, flashlight, and pistol). I purchased two and have absolutely loved mine, very well constructed and appears durable. I have a full sized Glock that I keep in mine and it fits well (securely), & when I installed my Mother’s (she owns a compact Glock) it is very easily adjusted to hold the smaller gun securely without “hiding” it. Lastly I appreciate the slim “profile” of the holster. Even with everything in the holster, when the bed is made the sheets hang over the holster and I don’t think you can tell there is anything there.

When I opened the package I was confused because my smallest gun did not fit... until I realized that I wasn’t looking hard enough at the phenomenal construction of this product. The frame is made of a very rigid poly plastic. For the firearm it has tracks to lower the bottom support to allow all sizes of guns to be placed in the holster. The Velcro is very thick and feels extremely durable. The two additional spots to hold something are amazing. I keep a spare magazine and a stun gun in them. The flashlight holder is great for a small- medium flashlight. This product met and far surpassed my expectations. This is NOT a ‘you get what you pay for’ product. It is a ‘you get 10x what you pay for’ real. I am truthfully surprised in the quality, the thought put into the design, the practicality, the conceal-ability (when you have a blanket on the bed) and the product overall. I would 110% recommend this product. It is worth so much more than you pay. I never write reviews. This one simply stands out so much I had to. Purchase this product and you will not be disappointed.

I chose this hard plastic style mattress holster because the cloth ones seemed to flop around too much. I would like to have a bit more variety in how to place each component; it is possible to move the flashlight holder so it will be vertical but there is no place to move the magazine holster. The magazine holster hangs over the edge of the plastic and has sharp edges, requiring some file work to soften the corners. It is possible to invert the entire unit so it's higher up on very deep mattresses, which is impossible with the cloth units, but I found that it works hanging down in my situation. I do not use the cell phone holder as my phone is on its charger at night. The plastic bar that adjusts up or down as needed for the longer barreled guns will allow the trigger to be covered while the gun is in this holster, a good safety feature. I also like that the elastic webbing is attached with hook and loop fasteners, allow adjustment of the tension based on the size of the gun. I had considered making something similar using angle aluminum but this does just about all I wanted for a reasonable price. Overall a good product even if not quite a 5.
