Items described properly and delivered as promised. I bought 3 universal mount combos. This was the best priced combo found. My wife was touched by the note sent by Jeff Taylor (President of the Company) for his dedication to service.I have put ours to work already imaging genealogical documents and other material.I got one for my daughter who likes to take pictures but who is handicapped with tremors. The universal mounts with a small tripod helps her and she became pretty adept with it already.The last one has been donated to the local Family History Library to allow patrons to use their own phones and tablets for genealogical work in imaging and when people tell stories about the past.

Using with an ONN tablet and a small desktop tripod. At first it didn't seem like the holder was gonna work as the tablet was loose. But pressing it down with a little force made it tighter and is holding it nice and tight. I picked up the tripod and shook it around and didn't come lose or bounce around.The rubber pads are nice and thick tho I wish the ones that actually hold the tablet in were thicker but doing its job now.So far looks and feels like it will work for what I want it for.Why 4 out 5 stars ? No extra pads and the thin pads on the top/bottom otherwise good purchase.

While my objective was the tablet mount, the phone mount was a nice add. They arrived fast, safe and sound and I put them to work immediately. The Tablet mount works great on several of my tablets and the phone mount works on several of the cameras I have that don't mount to a tripod otherwise.
