I was ready to bypass the fact that even though it is advertised that you can get Netflix to work by downloading their nebula manager app, just to conclude that you will not be able to after all, OR, the bad audio, loud fan, AND low battery life, it completely stopped working after 10 months. I reached out to customer service to try troubleshooting and was given some basic instructions that did not help, when I inquired about more support, I was told through fluff words that they could give me a 10% discount in the purchase of a second one. No additional support to try and figure out why it stopped working. No refund or replacement since there is only a 3 month warranty. For how much this projector costs, and the fact that Anker seems to have a positive rating overall, I was left feeling terribly disappointed to have invested in something so poorly made.

This projector is excellent if you can get an anker special. The project is compact and has a decent speaker system. The projector could be brighter but for the price I can’t complain about that. The auto keystone works great. I have even used this projector for outdoor use.

Not off to a great start so far can’t get the product to charge, will give it some time hopefully hopefully it will resolve but I would beware if I were you update: after posting a review they sent me a new cable and now it charges and works perfectly

Purchased this projector and was very pleased. We kept it in the guest room and used it weekly. Worked well even in less than complete darkness. However, I recently went to move it outside and unplugged it from the charger. When I brought it back to plug in, the charging point had recessed into the machine and can no longer be plugged in. Everything still works but will basically be a brick unless customer service can help me out.

This is the best bang for your buck! Amazing quality. Wish it had a longer cord.

I did enjoy this while it lasted, although does need a pretty dark room. The real downfall, and why I would not recommend, is that it only lasted a year, and I only used it maybe once a month. I don't know if it is the internal battery, but it stopped charging and would not power on. The warranty was only 90 days, so best they could offer me was 20% off on next purchase. Sounds like a bit of a racket. Hopefully there are better made products out there.
