Well it’s real I CAN HEAR AGAIN AFTER 30 years
It’s a real hearing aid not an amplifier… man I can actually hear again in my right ear over the years Ive have gotten so tierd of turning my head to hear people talk to me .. now I can hear better out of this right ear the deaf ear just as good as my good ear for $90 you can’t beat that price the hearing aid I bought back in the 1980’s was $2000 but it won’t work anymore..

Item works well after setup.
I think the Amazon ratings for these hearing aides are a little low. I knew these worked well for me as I tried a friend’s set. The reviews scared me a little, causing me to purchase the optional insurance due to stated issues with returns/lack of responsive customer service. I am happy with these hearing aids, which works well for me at a budget cost.

Great hearing aid!
My husband wears this brand. He has no hearing in one ear and minimal hearing in the other. When he first tried wearing this brand, he found he could understand words much clearer.

This item does not work. The volume does not adjust as described. Tried to return it and they have a no return policy. No way of contacting the seller and even getting a replacement. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME.

Functionality
The ear piece was to big and no adjustment available.

They're Good
They fit the purpose of use. If whomever is wearing it cannot adjust the volume themselves then this might not be the best substitute for them. Easy to install and instructions are clear

It’s works good but I think it’s little to big, I they would get by with one sound switch for control high and low. Volume.
