What a deal!
Only difference I can tell from the US version is that the page margins are smaller, it's printed in black and white on cheaper paper, but you save almost $200. Worth it!

A compendium of engineering facts
I'm not a mechanical engineer, but can now better appreciate the challenges in making reliable products at various levels of cost and materials. Great explanations, illustrations, and overall a great book.

Pretty good for now.
My son really likes it. Applied some of the dynamics to his race car. So, will write more after racing season.

Wrong units
This book is fantastic for ME's, but this edition specifically is rife with unit conversion issues for certain equations. Be warned that the answers to the example questions were originally computed in US customary units and converted back to metric, so some conversion factors were not updated in print. This makes the answers correct but the derivations at times incorrect.
