There very cold when straight from the freezer gives brain freeze if used on forehead first ,so I start from the neck then work way up face. It really does help with depuffing eyes, a quick wake up call for face. Glad I bought the stainless steel ,works well if used from fridge aswell

This is the first time that I have used anything like this. I had heard about Cryo Sticks and how Simple and easy they are to use, gently roll the Cryo Sticks over the contours of the face and neck for a soothing massage.You feel an immediate cooling effect, helps reduce inflammation and redness. You can use the Cryo Sticks on top of sheet masks too which I haven't tried yet.Now you probably wondering is it actually good for your face? I have felt and seen the difference after a few facials with these, my skin feels tighter and brighter and redness has reduced. Also I have noticed skin look more plum and healthy straight after. Im definitely going to carry on with these. I would have given them 5 stars but knocked off a star for design , I don't understand why the handles are so skinny on these sticks, makes it holding a little uncomfortable.Almost forgot to mention you store these in the freezer they come with their own container which is freezer safe.

I like my face globes to be freezing. I’ve tried glass face globes and found I couldn’t get them cold enough because they would shatter in the freezer. I tried a plastic face roller and it didn’t get cold enough and it was not sturdy enough. These are great as they are kept in the freezer and stay cold for ages.

Didn’t really get on with the glass ones. These are great not just for your face I use on aching muscles too and reach areas well.

Apparently these are a Thing now...? Moop.Anyhoo, you get 2 chrome-lookin' rounded spoons, and you're to put them in the fridge or freezer. Once they're cold, you roll them about your face and what have you.Apparently they're supposed to remove toxins (how, though? I can't think of a single mechanism through which that would happen?) but mostly they reduce puffiness and refresh the skin, and probably reduce redness.To be honest, I despise new age mumbo jumbo nonsense, and I don't like false advertising, and I expect the toxins removal nonsense is absolute bunkum. So I took away one of their stars and they'll have to like it.But, actually, putting these on my face in the afternoon when I was getting that mid-afternoon tiredness, and my eyes were sore from looking at a laptop screen all day... well, it felt really rather nice. It was soothing and aside from feeling like a bit of a lemon doing it, I enjoyed the feeling.I can imagine these working well at reducing puffiness, and I noticed some of the uneven redness settled but, to be honest, a cold damp cloth would do the same.They cost £26.99 (with a £6 voucher currently available) which seems crazy expensive to me. I know these are a fad, so you're paying a premium for it, but I just can't see what these do that a damp cloth wouldn't.

The coolness of these even without keeping them in a fridge is so so soothing. I apply my moisturiser and eye cream and then use these as described once I have rubbed that in so my skin doesn’t get dragged. Lovely!! Good value for money compared to other comparable product too
