This is an incredibly well made meat fork. It's heavy duty, balanced, sharp and made of quality stainless. Best I have ever owned.

It's Perfect In Every way. It's a huge upgrade from my cheap light hollow ugly looking one I had. My only complaint is the middle mosaic pin is fake. It's a thin metal sticker. So it's Two Rivers not three. The one in the middle is not magnetic that's how I know there is only two rivets ect

What a well-built meat/carving fork. It's very comfortable to hold and has a nice weight to it. Very sturdy with ZERO flex! This is a nice large meat fork with a total length of 14 inches (tip to heel). The long 7 inch (super sharp) fork prongs allow you to really stabilize whatever it is you might be carving or pick up lots of pieces of meat to transfer to a serving tray or to serve up on a plate!!. I found that this size worked great for either large or small roasts and for doing BBQ's. I would consider this fork a low maintenance fork as it's very easy to clean and requires no special attention or maintenance. This is not only very functional but it's also a classy fork. Will look great alongside my carving knife!!

This fork pins the meat with your hand clear of a blade to dismember it thick or thin. It's a strong solid tool that does it's job very well. JR
