I’m halfway through my 3rd bottle. I loaded it, and saw results pretty quick even though I don’t exercise as much as I could. If you’ve read about creatine benefits, that’s what I got. The pills were not hard for me to swallow, just takes a little extra water …. One potential problem — I’m 57 with borderline hypertension and my bp went up. 4 horse pills in the morning. Guess I could crush them. But my failure to read is on me, not the product. Storage: (someone asked...)like all supplements cool dark place. Out of direct sun light and heat.

This product provides enough creatine along with the other ingredients to give me additional nutrition andsupplementation to augment my strength, endurance, and body composition. As a distance runner and outdoors person, I do not want to add extra bulk, but I want strength. Preserving my strength-to- body ratio while maintaining my fitness to participate & compete in sports and the all outdoors is precisely my reasoning.

I wanted to work on re-building my senior muscle loss by adding a protein drink and/or a Creatine powder to my daily routine & have taken other Purity products over the years. Since the pills were impossible for me to swallow, I ordered the CoffeeBerry powder to use instead. I’m not a big fan of that flavored water but it’s tolerable. It would have been helpful if there had been a warning that the opened product could NOT be returned for credit and an actual pill size with the ad for the large pills - this was an expensive mistake for me during this time of inflation in every aspect of our lives.

My Creatine level was low and this supplement resoled that issue for me.

Stay as far away from Purity products as you can. I needed to cancel my SuperSaver subscription but they make it impossible. I have been on the phone waiting to cancel twice for over 90 minutes but could not get a live person. I have sent requests into Support with no response.They also tell you that you can cancel online but it is impossible as I have been all over their website. MY only recourse has been to cancel my credit.I highly you recommend you stay away from their SuperSaver subscription.

I'm 71 taking a challenge class in my gym and I take this prior my class and I noticed that I started lifting weight 5 pounds and now i'm lifting 15 to 20 pounds in a month time. I love this "Ever Strong" supplement.
