Great adjustable design with good padding and additional back support. Exceptionally comfortable and easy to assemble. Excellent customer service.

If you want this for the beck rest maybe don't bother. The plastic cover for the screws on the back piece look like they should go but after spending longer trying to get the cover and the screws to line up than I actually spent building the rest of the chair, I think I will go without the cover. Also the metal piece to fit under the knee pad is too big and stick out a bit on the edge; the shape of the pad in the instructions doesn't match what's provided so I'm not sure that's the right way round, not that it matters the metal piece underneath is still too big. There are no instructions on how to fit the casters, there's just no mention of them at the end of the instructions. I did it, I happen to like building flat pack furniture so am used to stuff not quite fitting etc but still expected better for the price.

Easy to assemble and well packaged. The first impression was very positive as there are three ways to adjust. The problem is that I tried all the possible adjustments and all of them need you to rest on your knees or or your shin. The knee pad is inadequate and you can feel the hard structure in the pad (especially when you are 120KG like me. Results after 5 minutes were severe pain in the knees. Initially, the chair is very uncomfortable and quickly moved to painful. My son is going to have a go at it in his office. Maybe he will have a different experience. My conclusion is that the chair is ergonomically flawed (could be a bad Chinese copy of a good chair) the knee pad needs attention. It lacks padding

Not very sturdy, easy to build if your use to flat pack, better paying a bit more, sent it back.

This chair is very beneficial for the relief of back ache caused by sitting down office job. in a chair or sofa. Having the chair alongside to kneel into takes a bit of getting used to. But due to experiencing the health benefits, and the posture of Chinese style zen sitting, it a no pain no gain scenario.

Straightforward in putting together. Seems good quality, but I used it for one day and I've been in pain ever since. I had one of these nearly 30 years ago and it was great then. So, at the grand age of 50, I decided to go for another. It forces the knees to really bend and this is where the damage is done. I've struggled to stand straight and walk for over two weeks since. It might work for many, especially those with younger knees, but mine just couldn't cope. I do a lot of running, but this put paid to that for a couple of weeks. I'm starting to feel a little better now, but it still hurts to bend then straighten the legs. I saw a physiotherapist who said they would get better in weeks, but recommended I didn't use one. I feel bad giving a poor review because the chair was good quality and a great price. I just think you need to be careful when you start to use it. Maybe ease yourself into the time spent using it, but most importantly, make sure it’s right for you. It certainly wasn't for me.Update: I still get problems with my knee since using this and its now March, 5 months later. Just be careful.

This was the least expensive kneeling chair I found and it shows. The product is cheaply made and not of great quality. However the worst thing is the wheels are completely unusable as they are not the correct ones for what is required, therefore you cannot move the chair while using it as the wheels will not turn. I would return this product if it was not such a hassle to disassemble it and repackage it for return.FOLLOW UP - I have attempted to use this chair off and on now for 2 months and it is now falling apart. It was rubbish from the beginning and I have thrown the money down the drain.

All'inizio era comoda, poi si sono iniziate a staccare le guarnizioni, il cuscino per le ginocchia si è incavato, il sistema per alzare e abbassare la sedia non si blocca più. Pessima da ogni punto di vista. Non la comprate. Io l'ho comprata il 24 agosto e ora, a maggio, quindi poco più di 8 mesi dopo è completamente inutilizzabile.

Die Aufbauanleitung liegt nur in Englisch bei. Die Bilder sind schwer zu erkennen. Wir haben zu zweit 1,5 Std. gebraucht. Dabei mussten wir manches erraten und auch mehrfach aufbauen bis es gepasst hat. An einer Stelle sind die Bohrlöcher so unpräzise das der benötigte Bolzen nur per Gummihammer eingebracht werden konnte.Das Sitzen auf dem fertigen Stuhl ist angenehm. Die Langzeit-Haltbarkeit wird sich noch herausstellen.

Peut-être mon pire achat de l'annéeTrès inconfortable, j'ai mal au dos et aux jambes au bout de 30mn - mais ça c'est subjectif.Pour le côté objectif, le "tissu" du dossier est sorti de son maintien latéral au bout de 10 jours. Par ailleurs une roue est bloquée et il a suffi que je m'appuie une fois sur un accoudoir pour le tordre.Très mauvais achat, je n'ai même pas envie de le démonter pour le renvoyer. POUBELLE !
