Brilliant spar we are all more than pleased with it , just luxury relaxing in the spar after a hard days work , very simple to put together

We bought a Grenada spa from new from Amazon, and the pump developed an electrical fault within 3 months and started leaking. Bestway "lost" the first two warranty claims we logged. Having finally logged one the customer service is appalling, and Bestway are basically doing everything in their power to obstruct progressing a warranty claim. We are now stuck with a broken, leaking lazy-spa which is less than three months old. The aftersales support is atrocious and please think carefully before buying one of these, as if something goes wrong you'll regret it. Lazy-Spa itself was great when it worked though :-(

huge hot tub, very heavy, shame the lid is a slightly different colour than the outside of the tub so looks abit odd

Took ages to set up (terrible instructions)and doesnt work, It leaks so badly at the ;pump connections that it empties ovnt time, waiting for product support but it is obvious that it is irreperrable and will need to be replaced. A total waste of time and effort.

We Love it , it was easy to ensemble but only after watching you tube videos, instructions that come with spa could be better , also the chemical additions could have better instructions but very happy with product essentially at the price "Bargain"
