Why didn't I upgrade sooner!
Amazing, a marked improvement over the original on my Ender 3 Pro. My experiences are based on the installation of the glass bed over the top of the magnetic sticker of the original, and held on with the traditional spring clips. I'm only a newbie to printing, and am only using a range of PLA for printing so far, so my experience is based on PLA prints from small components like drag chain clips, to some occupying approx 40% of the bed.So, downsides, only 1, the spring clips that came with it weren't big enough to install as I did, but my work stationary cupboard had 4 that fit nicely! Bargain! On to the good stuff.Flatness - much much better than the aluminium bed with the removable magnetic layer. Yes I know that's the fault of the bed and not the mag layer, but still, I would consider the glass bed a significant improvement. This has helped enormously in tramming the bed, and even before I put on the BLTouch, I was getting a marked improvement in later 1 consistency.Hest transfer - given the deviation in my original bed, I thought I might get worse temperature consistency, but, while I haven't actually measured it, the improved consistency in my prints speaks for itself.Adhesion - it's great, sticks first time, every time, and holds well. I do follow good practice when printing though to make sure it sticks. Also with patience, no tools needed for removal, let it cool and it pops right off, even prints with a big contact area.Robustness - yes its glass, so treat it with some respect and it's fine. Cleans well. So, why haven't you hit BUY already?

Perfect bed for the perfect print
My ender 3 pro had a ever so slightly warped bed causing adhesion issues for some larger prints. This glass bed completely fixed that problem. I can achieve a perfect first layer every single time. The clips were also useful making attaching bed super easy. I have a BLTouch so I didn’t experience this issue but if you install this glass bed it is advised to move your Z stop slightly higher so it’s above the bed.Two important things I’ve learnt after purchasing is that firstly if your prints are suddenly no longer sticking to the bed and have poor adhesion. Use isopropyl alcohol and a micro fibre cloth to clean the bed. Secondly, if you do this, the adhesion may actually become so strong it can be a bit hard to remove the part but waiting for the bed to fully cool down and the scraper that comes with the ender 3 you shouldn’t have too much trouble.

now its on there for good.
i got this to replace the magnetic one that comes with my ender5 pro. that it said to warp over time , so i got a glass bed . since i have fitted it with the supplied clips everything i have printed has adhered very well indeed , all you do is wait for it to cool down and you can remove your print with ease . as i said its now stuck to the printers bed. it seems the magnetic bed that comes as standard is in two parts , one you can remove the other is glued/stuck somehow to the metal bed underneath it , the glass now won`t come off ! even with heating/cooling trying to pry it off won`t work so i think i will just leave it there ..it seems happy enough .tip : use foil under it to stop it getting stuck to your bed .

An absolute must for any serious printer!
On a brand new Ender5 printer i found the bed had a tiny bend in the middle which was impossible to correct, adding the glass bed has saved so many failed prints due to the filament not sticking. Tall prints are also less likely to be knocked over when the extruder passes over and hasn't retracted far enough - instead of hearing a print break or collapse i just hear a 'thunk' as the head hits the material and then continues as normal. The coating over the bed quickly becomes scratched but it doesn't affect the surface underneath which the printed objects actually stick to.Temperature distribution is also far better with the glass bed but prints are difficult to remove even after the bed has fully cooled down.

Very good upgrade for the Ender 3
The glass bed is great, I've been using it for a week and haven't had any issues with it at all. It's perfectly straight and prints stick to it very nicely. Once it cools down to about 25º the prints become easy to remove. If you're not that patient, then removing the plate and running it under cold water instantly releases the prints. It's also a good time to wash it with dish soap. It's important to note that you should not use alcohol nor acetone to clean it. It gets smudgy and dirty very quickly and alcohol and acetone just make it worse for some reason. Clean it with dish soap just like you'd wash a plate after every print and it should remain clean.

Not so easy to remove
ok, so I fitted this build plate, after 2 attempts I managed to get the print to stick, however, when the bed cooled down it was difficult to remove, i.e., no better than standard glass, I have an OEM ultrabase on my anycubic mega and it works great, I added this to my second printer hoping for similar results but sadly not...Save money and just use a glass plate with hair spray, no worse than this, an expensive piece of glass, not Ultrabase for that I am sure....

A must have for the non pro version
I bought the regular Ender 3 non X, non pro variant. My machine came with a thin fibre board which creality dress with a surface. With the default mat and springs I could not level the bed at all. A hump in the middle of the bed made it impossible, so I plumped for this and some yellow springs. Finally I could level the bed up and the filament would adhere to the bed.Thoroughly recommended.

Prints stay put
I bought this at the same time of buying the printer, I didn't fancy applying tape or stick on sheets on the original glass. This coated glass is the same size of the bed and is about the same thickness of the original glass.I only needed to level the bed once to start with, the first print printed perfectly and once it had finished the printed was still stuck down well until the print surface was cool enough to release the print.I have the confidence to print tall objects now.
