This unit attaches to wall with double sticky tape (provided) . Or you could use screws. The capacity of the bags of Purell is large and does not need constant refilling.You operate by pushing lever so it is NOT touches. But, you don't need batteries.The nurses and techs at mom's senior center love it. Great for preventing spread of viruses.

I installed 6 of these in my veterinary hospital, and so far no complaints. They come with double sided sticky tape on the back, and stay up when full which is nice. The handle depresses nicely and gives an adequate amount of product with one push.These are compatible with the NXT refills, which you can find at a very good price on Amazon. A case of 8 refills and 6 dispensers all cost me less than $80, which is far lower than retail pricing.These are much cheaper than the foaming, automatic dispensers, though not as nice. Recommended for the price.

Fun fact. This 6 pack was cheaper than what sellers on Amazon (or anywhere else for that matter) were selling individual units for. Go figure.I initially only wanted one for my commercial office space's bathroom. Not really a germaphobe, but because I've had the extra units I've slowly found more places for them. There's now one in my kitchen. When you're working with raw foods it's really handy to have. I also have another one by the cat's litter box. There's also a second one by the front door of my office (for no other reason that I had extras).

Amazing product at an amazing price! You get 6 of these. I honestly thought it was a typo. Maybe it's because they make their money on the refills... I don't know. But they look very professional, relatively simple to install (use a level please), and sleek. This one is a no-brainer.

Although they are small, they are quite handy. We have placed them throughout the house and in our garage. Highly recommended.Only one small warning, might need to be screwed if applying to a very "smooth" surface in order to support the weight from the bag of sanitizer. Otherwise, have not encountered any problems with its intended use.

If I knew the sanitizer cost what it did I never would have bought these. I've been looking for some after market solution to use with these

Yeah, just what its needed

Has a nice adhesive pad on the back, you could use that alone to mount it but if everyone is pressing all the time, I think it would come loose. It did help hold it in place while we put the screws in.
