Excellent product!
This is everything I’d hoped it would be. I take it about 30 minutes before i get in bed and once I get in bed, I start getting sleepy before long. I’ve tried several melatonin products and most have other things added to them which prevent me from sleeping! This works perfectly! Highly recommend!

Nighty Night
Helps me sleep like a baby and it tastes good, too. I have tried mint, flavored melatonin tablets in the past and found them to be too icky feeling on my stomach. This one is perfect as it’s not too sweet.

Hammer to the head
Makes me sleepy. I take 2 and lights out ! Most times I don't even feel it coming...it's like a hammer to the head , but in a good way. Lol
