WYZECam Plus 3 Month Subscription (Packaging May Vary)

So we bought 2 of these cameras. One with the cam plus subscription. The camera works fine but my husband registered the cam plus account and shared the camera viewing with me. For some strange reason it’s asking me to pay to view full length on one camera but on the other the cam plus subscription is active. I’ve called wyze quite a few times for this issue and all I got was a log number saying someone will reach out to me to correct the issue. It’s been over 2 wks with no response from wyze.Apparently if my husband is a cam plus account holder and he shares with me, all the cameras are suppose to be under his account and should not be asking me to pay to sign up.As if this issue wasn’t stressful enough. Our free trial is now up and it’s now asking both of us to pay to view full length. We were originally told that once the free trial is up it would automatically transition to the 3 months subscription and there’s nothing we needed to do. WRONG!!! The free trial expired and it’s as if neither of us have cam plus because we don’t have any of the features and it’s constantly asking us to sign up and pay. Wyze is non the wiser why this is happening and they don’t seem to care or have reps that can assist and solve this is. No one knows NOTHING and is unable to help. So we’re here waiting for tech support to eventually get back to us. I’m not sure which is worse, the customer service or the subscription. Buy the cam if you don’t care about the subscription! The cam itself is good and clear!!!

The 90 day card was delivered AFTER the camera; despite several attempts I was never able to link the trial to the camera I purchased so I don't think it's an effective add on purchase.

It was offered as a complement in amazon and I didn't though it was just for 3 months... anyways, I tried to redeem it, and the wyze web site asked me a credit card and it only works if the country is United States or Canada. I feel like they stole my money.

***edit*** you can apply this to the camera only after the free trial fully expired. It was not possible to add it when prompted (daily) that the free trial would expire. We went a day without service until it worked again. I would not use one of these cards again. Huge hassle with no clear way to reach customer service for help.Included as a bundle with my camera. Set up required giving them my credit card (or PayPal). I had set up the camera with the 14 day free trial. The prepaid credit will not apply to that camera. The very one it came bundled with.

The process of redeeming a prepaid subscription card was a joke. App was useless and the webpage is poorly designed. Finally figured it out, but a credit card had to be entered, even thought a 3 month subscription was already purchased.I really like the camera, but if this subscription process doesn’t improve, they are going straight into the trash.

I bought this subscription with my camera, the code never worked so i order a replacement. I never received the replacement card. I requested a refund and they want me to return something i never received. Just purchase the upgrade through the app, this is not worth the hassle. Oh and there is no option to contact teh seller to tell them you are having an issue after your first complaint.

I followed the instructions on the card about how to redeem it. Instructions don't work. When getting my camera up I still had to enter a credit card. I called Wyze customer service to see why this card didn't go through and they said it had and I got 3 months free. I get my credit card statement and I have been billed $1.99 for the month. This card only adds to your costs don't buy it.

I LOVE these cameras but don't buy the pre-paid 3 month card! I bought 5 and their site would only recognize one. I spent two hours trying to get these 5 subscriptions up and running to include "chatting: with their rep online, all to no avail. Finally, I gave up. I'll just eat the other 4 cards. Great product. Lousy CamPlus cards.
