Good stock replacement
very similar to the OEM one. Little different. Just installed and test driven haven’t had it on too long. Getting the old one off SUCKED up here in the north.Rent a front end maintenance kit from an auto parts store. Typically they Charge you then refund you completely when you return it. Loaner tools. When you go to remove your old drag link, I put the front axle on jack stands and removed front wheels. I loosened the bolts for the tie rods on the hub and pitman arm. I made the mistake of using the tie rod pulled before I took the nut off completely. I suggest loosening the nut the whole way. Then putting it back on slightly so when you pop it out, it doesn’t fall on your face. I popped it out of the hole before doing this then could not get the nut off the rest of the way. The shaft just spun with the nut. I had to cut off the boot and grind the shaft down to get vise grips on to hold it to be able to release the nut the rest of the way.Install was easy. Lined up the new one next to the old one and measured it close to the old one. Installed it with some anti-seize on the threads, torqued pitman arm tie rod bolt to 77 ft lbs. hub tie rod to 63 ft lbs and the drag link sleeve clamp to 26 ft lbs. take it for a drive. If your steering is off loosen the clamp and twist the whole clamp either clockwise or counterclockwise depending on which way the steering wheel needs to go. I was about 15 degrees off and had to do a half of a rotation to get it almost perfectly straight.I have a 2.5” and it seems to work fine, just like stock for me. I am not sure what the other review said not for lifted jeeps... anything over 2.5” I’d look for something beefier then a drag link flip kit for like 4” lifts

Very good replacement for OEM…but grease fitting issue!
The drag link was fairly easy to install (once the old one was beaten out) the only problem was getting the correct grease fitting. The one that came with the kit was too small (far left in photo) and was almost lost in the box. The middle image is the correct thread but a 90 degree fitting is needed to fit a grease gun on it because of its location. So it took me a couple of trips to the auto parts store to get the correct size.To save you all the trouble it is SAE 1/4” x 28 TPIMy other complaint is that there is no fitting on the pitman side…

Good OEM fit, High quality
Bought this to replace my old, worn out drag link while doing a front end rebuild on my 2010 JKU. Installation was simple and the fit is perfect. I have about 5,000 miles on this drag link (about 10% of it off-road) and it has held up well.

Great Customer Service
Just order a drag link for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK and there was an issue with the coupler. The coupler was not threaded all the way through. I contacted TACTIK 4X4 and they sent out a new one immediately. They are great to work with and responded quickly. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
