Classy Caps SL082B 2.5x2.5 Imperial Solar Post Cap - 8 Pack/Black

I purchased 64 of these seven months ago for the top of my aluminum fence poles. I found that they do not stay on top of my fence and a heavy wind will blow them off. I found a way to glue them together since they fit on to the reducers very loosely. I thought this would solve my problem and it did until a new problem arose. I am always seeing lights that are not working and when I take them off the fence and look inside they are full of water. This should not be the case. You should be able to put them on your fence and they won’t have water get inside. Now over the last two months they have systematically been dying. when I open them up the batteries are corroded due to the water intrusion. I have wire brushed them and put new rechargeable batteries in them but I feel like this is only getting worse. Poorly made and poorly designed. I have wasted over $1400 and my time. Very disappointing!

These put out just a perfect amount of light. Had a new fence put up and these caps are the perfect touch.

I like that they're easy to install but the bonus is that they not only look great but they stay lit all night long A good investment in my opinion

I had a hard time finding this size for our pool fencing, but they fit great. I have not even had to secure them down yet. The light is soft but we love them.

Installed Classy Caps on 14 posts. Very easy to install. When charged stay on all night. They are not plastic, so should last a while. Possibly packaging could be a little more “green” friendly.

Great value, adds warm light to our deck and stairs. They were extremely easy to install, and fit great on smaller deck posts!
