Heartbreakingly beautiful
“Sometimes even the darkest parts of us can become beautiful when seen through different set of eyes.”Stay with me is the story of Mia, a broken girl that couldn’t feel and Ollie, a boy that felt too much. “I need you to feel for me, and once you do, I need you to stay.”This story was an emotional rollercoaster that kept me on the edge of my seat. The writing was heartbreakingly beautiful, I didn’t think I liked poetry, until now. My emotions were, still are, all over the place. There were times where it got so raw that part of me thought I wouldn’t be able to keep going, my heart ached for the characters, but there was another part of me that saw the beauty in it, and the need to continue won every time. It was unpredictable, exciting, swoon worthy yet sometimes, incredibly sad and heart wrenching. The description of the characters emotions and their development was so complex.💫Read if you like•Soulmates•Boarding school•Reading people•Mental Health rep•Spice ”Chemistry was the damn evil.”•Knock knock Jokes•Poetry•Plot twists and Gasp moments•Flawed, broken, real characters

dark, contemporary romance. a gripping story that will leave you wanting more
𝐒𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧, 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥.” —𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫”STAY WITH ME (Stay With Me series #1) by Nicole Fiorinarating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) stars!tw: sexual assault, rape, suicide, mental medical issues, sexual content.WOW. If I had to describe my feelings and thoughts about this book after reading it, it would probably be this one. I might have discovered a new, top favourite, romance series with Ollie and Mia.I was captivated right away by the vibes of the book and its main character, Mia, who has crazy tendencies and no feelings or emotions at all. Or so it seems. She gets transferred to Dolor University for her behaviour and sociopath behaviour, being the last chance she has before being sent to a mental institution. In Dolor, we meet Ollie. Contrary to Mia, who defines herself a few times as dead inside and doesn’t feel at all, Ollie’s flaw is that he feels way too much. Their connection and the bond that these two end up building is not what I’d define as slow-burn at all, but I adored how, from their very first meeting, you could feel their connection rising from the pages. This book deals with some heavy stuff, and it is by no means a light or easy read. However, I loved every single bit of it. I adored Mia’s journey, the awakening of her emotions and how she tries to face her past. To be honest, I’d have liked to see more of how she dealed with experiencing emotions and feelings after not having any of those for years, but we have two more books to see that! I loved Nicole Fiorina's writing and description of some of the emotions that Ollie tried to explain to Mia, or how Mia experienced them herself.Ollie was an absolute sweetheart and the ultimate book boyfriend we would all want. I think we still have to see a lot of him, and after that painful ending, I am sure we are going to get it in the next book! I really want to see how he battles his issues the way Mia did in this book, and witness the darkness against his light!I've discovered a new favourite with Nicole Fiorina, and I can't wait to read the rest of this series + all her other books!!
