Arrived on time, very well packaged and protected. It is quite light weight but still sturdy. Simple to assemble, didn't take too long. Looks very smart, really pleased with the set. The only minor negative is the height of the table compared to the chairs, perhaps the chairs are a little low. I am only 5ft tall and the table is just a little high for me though it suits my husband. No need for cushions as the chairs are comfortable, but I might get a couple just to lift me up a bit. The chair cover is a bonus, good fit and very useful. Very nice dining set, really happy.

Alfresia Garden Dining Set. This is serving us well. The table is sturdy and was fairly straightforward to assemble. The chairs are not heavy and did not require assembly. One chair arrived with a bent leg but customer service replaced the chair promptly. The chairs stack and have been satisfactory in use.

Very disappointed with the quality

If you look past the reviews of broken or dirty boxes ( get real it has no reflection on the product inside )There was a glitch in the ordering that ended in 2 sets being ordered instead of one.I contacted the company and explained the situation.I have to say they were Fantastic.Unfortunately both sets had been dispatched.The customer services department worked tirelessly to rectify the situation.Great communication from them throughout.The situation was resolved very swiftly and a full refund for the unwanted 2nd set arrived within a very reasonable timeframe.Great product great support.A huge thanks to Sue for your professional and friendly support.You truly are customer services beyond expectations.I would happily shop with you again.

excellent quality and value

A very smart looking table and chairs set. The chairs are very comfy and I like the wood ‘effect’ on the table top. Only reason not five stars is couldn’t align it to get all the screws in. But otherwise very happy and it looks great

Shoddy product delivered late and company not interested in offering a replacement. Their offer was to purchase another chair for £99

The quality of this garden dining set is good. The table is solid and the chairs are light weight (aluminium frame) and comfortable.The chairs arrived stacked in two cardboard boxes (three chairs in each). Whilst the chairs are wrapped in protective material and weren't damaged, the cardboard boxes were somewhat battered.The table has to be assembled. This wasn't too difficult a task, except that one of the Allen bolt holes wasn't aligned with the thread socket and the hole had to be filed out to enable assembly.
