I thought I would have to work hard to find content to go along with each session for my Sunday School Class. That was not the case. Some lessons take three or more weeks to finish them. I love these small group Bible studies!

Forgiveness: Making Peace with the Past
Forgiveness: Making Peace with the Past (Lifeguide Bible Studies) As we get older in life and start thinking about what our lives have meant here on earth and whether or not we are ready for that day the Lord calls on us, we seek for answers. The book, "Forgiveness: Making Peace with the Past," helped affirm my faith. It reminded me of the true meaning of Easter. Jesus died for our sins and this gives us hope. This is a beautiful and very meaningful bible study.

Forgiveness on multiple levels.
As a study leader, I am finding this to be very helpful. It not only covers why you should forgive, but how often The Lord has forgiven us. It also discusses why unresolved guilt is so harmful. Over all, a very worth while study.

Don't like the format
In progress. Don't like the format, reliance on a series of questions.

good study
this has been one of the most meaningful/useful studies from the lifeguide series. I'm nearly finished with this (one lesson left then want to review again) and I've done this one on my own. We use the Lifeguide studies in my Sunday school class and vary the topics. I felt I needed to do this one and I'm kinda glad I did it on my own - I wasn't able to delve too deep in the 'now or later' parts but this really opened up my eyes to what I think should have been obvious over the years - the anger, resentment, bad attitude I've had I think were related to unforgiveness and not understanding forgiveness. I can't say I figured it all out but I do plan on asking a pastor about some questions I have. And for anyone who's done any of the Lifeguide studies I found this one refreshing in that he gives an answer for all the questions except the obviously personal ones and even some of those he may offer a suggestion. Most of these guides haven't provided the author's answer. I'm not sure if this author is protestant, non-denominational, or what but he has a lot of studies in this series - so some of the answers I'm not 100% sure about though they make sense. I feel a sense of peace after trying to follow what he's said that I haven't felt in years.
