My Neurosurgeon recommended I take these, not necessarily this brand, I chose the brand. She told me it might help with my inflammation and pain. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks and I’m already feeling the benefits. She told me it might take a few months to really feel the benefits so I am so happy I’m feeling a little better already. I have absolutely no bad side effects. The only thing I don’t care much for but is tolerable is the pepper taste for a minute when you put it in your mouth but I got these specially with the pepper because it absorbed better. So this will be something I will take for a lifetime.
