You will see stains on the white part that stand out more than they would on a colored sponge, but that doesn't bother me. I'm happy for my money to go to the things that matter to me, like sustainable products that are more healthy for me and the planet. I feel much better using these sponges, knowing that I'm no longer poisoning my family with microplastics that come off conventional sponges.

I love these sponges and this is the 2nd time i have purchased them! I dont know for sure if they biodegrade because I dont have a garden or a compost bin to try that out, but they are sturdy and work well to clean stuff up! The corn husk scratchy part is unique and works great, just dont scrub too hard on something before you know if it will scratch its surface.

I really like these sponges. The rough part cleans well and the sponge part holds on to the soap and doesn’t fall apart. The only iffy part is the light color shows coffee residue and looks dirty but my husband says that’s good so we know when to throw it in the washing machine.

I was actually surprised by how much I liked these. I was worried the texture would bother me, but it's barely noticeable. It does a good job of scrubbing and holds soap well. I definitely would recommend these.

I do not have a dishwasher and prefer to wash dishes with a good sponge and not a wash rag. Scrubbing pots and pans means the sponge also needs a scratch resistant scrubby side. I usually have to replace my sponge every 1-2 weeks and I have not been happy with the fact that most sponges are not compostable and the scrub side is usually made with plastic, these fix that problem. I have almost hit the two week mark using one of these sponges and it will more than likely make it through two weeks so it is just as good or even better than some others and has the added bonus of being eco-friendly.

I really like these scrubber kitchen sponges. They work well but are a little more stiff at the start than the foam sponges. It's important to me that they are made natural materials. There's enough plastic in the ocean already and I don't want to contribute to that. The coconut fibers scrub well and so far hold up well too. The natural cream and tan colors are lovely and will go with any décor (no more of those blue sponges I've been using for years but always disliked the color.)

What great and sturdy sponges that clean well. They are made out of coconut. The Professor on Gilligans Isalnd invented these years ago for Maryann and Ginger I believe? They are sturdy and very happy with this purchase. They are skipper approved!
