Very helpful for sure
Exactly written. A must read for anybody wanting to learn about Qigong. It was very hard to put down the book without reading it in one setting. I was very impressed with the knowledge on Qigong.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Two good books in one to help you find peace for yourself
Qigong and Tai Chi go well together since both are geared toward balancing your health and going about your life in a way that keeps you healthy and at peace with yourself. I have watched people doing Tai Chi in parks in Asia and big cities around the world. It is beautiful and peaceful to watch. Now, I am determined to learn how to do the parts that I can do, since I have already learned in the past year how much peace I have gained from learning how to meditate. This book combination has a nice history of both practices, how to do them, their benefits, and their relationship to mindfulness and meditation. There were a few writing issues, but they did not impact the books negatively. Very nice combination overall.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Great Read!
This book wasn’t very long and straight to the point! I am really into self-mastery and martial arts so I really loved this title. It was eye opening and very insightful. I would definitely recommend!!

Sloppy, Basic, & Outdated
For a book published in 2021 it is disappointing to see all the scientific studies are from the early 2000's. Clearly not proofread, there are at least two dozen typos. It's sloppily thrown together with basic information, there was no effort in gathering the background or more recent studies on QiGong and Tai Chi; she simply churned out another book for another buck. My regard for this author has lowered.
