Good holster for the price point. Leather is a little stiff. I've tried the trick of lightly soaking the holster and letting it dry around my (saran wrapped) pistol. Still a little loose, but it is good enough I rarely worry about dropping the pistol.

Some are worth what they cost...and a few are worth more than their price.This is one of those few.Cross draw holsters are a neglected category. Largely because modern "experts" favor strong side carry.Largely because the gun community follows trends in law enforcement. And in open carry, LE thinks of a cross draw as "presenting the gun to your subject." But for concealed carry, it is perfect. Sad. A cross draw is the best drivers holster. And if you look at what is happening in cities large and small-you know carjacking is epidemic. It needs to be broke in. Once it’s broke in the retention is great. It works for crossdraw and appendix carry. Conceals really well. Iwb sucks! This is a great alternative.

Wrong does not fit the Ruger only fits a S&W J frame. Amazon should tell their manufacturer

Difficult to draw and impossible to reholster. once belt is tightened holster compresses around gun eliminating a quick draw action in a defensive situation..
