So far a nice product. An improvement over my Dedica. The steamwand does a great job, very easy to use for latte. Extra filters, pressurized and non pressurized included. Not a fan of the included razor but was nice to try it out. Minus is the driptray which is very small but read that's with most 'cheaper' machines. Also good to know: put the milk can totally over the sensor incase of auto steaming otherwise the milk will get very hot.

It makes very good espresso

I've been dreaming about buying this coffee machine for the longest time. Finally I ordered it, and I received it very clearly used and dirty. The steaming wand was full of milk stains, the water tank was not dry, and there were unidentified stains everywhere. I am returning the product and immensely disappointed.

I send the machine for repair they picked it up in no time and i was happy and they return it fast. But with the same issue they didn't fix it!! And when i try to request again for repair the service is not there anymore. The service is not available even though I purchased the extended warranty.

Makes impressive espresso shots if beans are freshly roasted (medium to dark roast) is the optimal kind of roast in my experience of over 2 years of owning this machine, machine is reliable, periodic descaling and cleaning is needed, descaling solution is easily found however cleaning tablets is not readily available &it’s kinds of overpriced
